Giveaways should accurately reflect the game being given away. If the game is not available in the giveaway list, please contact support to have the game added, instead of posting the giveaway under an incorrect name.

You should not give a game different than the one you are making the giveaway for. Also outlast 1 was given for free and that's why you can't giveaway it.
This is because Outlast 1 is free and you can't give it away. You have to delete this giveaway or you will have to buy Outlast 2 to the winner of this giveaway, if you don't do this then else you will be banned from steamgifts.
You can't select Outlast since it's been given away for free. I recommend you delete this before you get a suspension.
