That's up to a winner to have it deleted, not yours.

no, i'm here (or should i say WE) to gift some free games
it should be up to creator to delete or re-roll if needed
how is the creator is in the mercy of the winner? that's absurd and pointless
even if there is a rule stated otherwise on SG, it's MY GA and MY rule
i sound arrogant right? that's because i had experience dealing with those kind of a-hole winner (although only 1 guy)
i seriously don't get how creating free GA and then got some annoying winner and then i'm the one who lose?
that's why i posted that, that's the risk for entering (if that's what anyone called "risk" in the first place)
and i never ask much either, it's all FREE, i'm not even forcing anybody to enter
none of us missing money, just some times and points
sure it might be useful for preventing scammer from lv 0-1, but for higher lv user then that's counter productive

Yes.
You are gambling to gift some assumingly free trash (because this been given plenty for free) and thus why you aren't even sure it's still a valid key or not (and if you do not then it still doesn't matter).
if you take that gamble the winner expects something and it becomes your responsibility to provide a working key and if not the winner should be agreeing to a deletion by asking (not forcing) or just deal with a not marked received. If you don't like it, then simply don't make such giveaways.
If you feel screwed over by low levels, don't gift to them or take the risk.
It's clearly in the rules, try reading them over, these disclaimers simply don't hold any ground.
