The most played games are popular multiplayer shooters. CS:GO happens to be such thing too, if there would be 2 keys in possession, one of them might have been activated already.

Still, back to your question: it can not be stated that a GA is fake unless the creator puts some direct clue into it ("please please please, I really want this game", or "this is actually [something-else-probably-free], just that was not in the list", or something similar), and that has not happened here.
