Good luck with the fans. I have had more problems with fans over the years, for one of the cheapest and most simple parts on a computer they sure do cause trouble when they stop working! Long ago I had random slowdowns on my PC, it didn't crash but just started going slow for a while, then fast again. Turned out to be the fan on the GPU was caked with dust to the point where it couldn't spin anymore and I guess the GPU would get hot until it started thermal throttling and making everything go in slow motion.

the same thing happened to me as to you, sometimes it worked and sometimes it just wouldn't start :c
I think there was a bad installation of a fuse in the house or it has already reached the end of its useful life and is giving me problems such as short circuits.
