Uhoh! One of two things may have happened: Very rarely the keys from tremor will be dupes. Rare but it does happen. The other possibility, without wishing to lay blame, is the original winner did something with the key, as you are the reroll winner. I did check the winners before sending keys but... :(

I've already purchased a replacement key for you from tremor. However, it's Friday and it might be Monday before the key is sent to me as the tremor mods don't work weekends. I will make it right for you though! I will add you on steam and send the key when it is received. <3.
