If this is not the key for Definitive Edition and only contains the base game then you have to delete this GA and make a GA for the base game. Because it breaks the steamgifts rule (all gifts must be activated on the steam account connected to the steamgifts account). When steamgifts checks steam account, it will know its not definitive edition. Could result in ban. This doesn't affect you but the person who ones it might get banned. Also there is a chance the person who will win this wont mark it as received because of missing dlcs. This is just my opinion. Ask someone with more experience here or ask support.
