Flying or falling, it's all momentum. Time stops for nobody, and life continues to move on whether you are uplifted or feel pulled down.
Nothing stays the same forever. The worst of times will always end, and the sweet little moments should be savoured while they last.
Failure and success, regret and revelry, it is all temporary. Some become cherished memories, some become scars, but all are lessons. If we continue to learn, continue to grow, even if in slow inches, then we are in a sense always winning in the slow race that is life.

Each day we do the best job we know how to. Providing it does not harm others, seek your happiness without shame. Provided it does not harm you, own your losses and your sadness, and don't be afraid to feel them. We are not invincible, and failing to be perfect is not failing to be a good human. Life is an imperfect sculpture, unique to each who takes part in it. The final shape it takes, we ourselves will never see.
But rest assured, all the scratches and chips are part of the natural flaws that makes a life raw and beautiful.

Try your best to find your little slice of contentment and happiness, and forgive yourself for being human.
