Sorry, I am going to be a stickler. Since the season pass (which includes all the GOTY DLC plus more) frequently goes on sale for a really good price, I am limiting this GA to people who do not own the base game.
If the winner already owns the base game, I will request the site admin to roll a new winner (per site rules -- see the FAQ).
Are we allowed to join if we own the base game? :)

for example I have borderlands 2 in my wl but I must manually search becoz it doesnt show goty editions of games

However you're misinformed about the content of the season pass. It does not contain all of the Goty content. There are a couple of packs missing (Psycho pack, Collectors Edition pack, Mechromancer pack, creature slaughterdome).

Since I didn't go the season pass route (and the GOTY edition wasn't out) when I bought the game several years ago, I assumed they put the four major content expansions, extra characters, and leveling upgrades into the season pass.
It would be unfair to others to consider changing the reqs of the GA at this point, so people who enter will still need to have the base game.
But thanks for pointing this out. If I do a giveaway of the GOTY edition again I may re-consider the base game requirement.
