Yes, it'll be fantastic if much more users create public giveaways.

I don't like to limit the giveaway to users that have contributed a certain value in gifts to our community.
However, there are too many ungrateful and inconsiderate ninjas/lowlifes/dbags on SG,
so I have to set CV limit for my giveaways to keep most of the ungrateful people off. D:
