I don't think all the $0 contribution winners are leeches. My nephew for example hasn't given away anything. Everything he enters, there's a thousand other $0 contributor value people in with him. So when he won "The Ship" I expected him to put the extra copy here, so he could finally enter some $0.01 giveaways...

But he gave it to his sister, just to be nice. I think that was generous, even if he looks like a complete bum on steamgifts. :)

Although, one thing in favour of putting some token contributor requirement, the winner knows the "fun" of waiting after the giveaway ends... Did they notice they've won? Will they activate it, try to re-gift it? Send it to their "real" steam account? So I'm sure whoever wins these will mark them received quickly. :)
