By "region-locked for" do you mean that this cannot be activated in those regions, or that those are the only regions where it can be activated? I'm assuming the former.

You can´t activate the link in the countries listed above, all others should be fine I think

can I enter if I have some of the bundle?
I mean, I have CoH, base DoW and base Medieval II, so is it ok to eneter for DLCs for DoW and Medieval, Rome: Total War and sega strategy pack?
