I got this in the "Humble WB Games Bundle" a long time ago. Now I'm giving the ones I did not put in the store.
I DO NOT KNOW if it's actually restricted to south america. And I couldn't find anywhere to check. All the other itens in the Bundle were registred in south america with no problems.
I'm using this one to check if the keys are still ok and also to learn how the Steamgifts works.
