Hey,

as you were already told in the giveaways you deleted, you can not add custom rules to your public giveaways. If you want to do exclusive giveaways for a group, then select the option "group" and not "public" when creating the giveaways.

hey i dont think those rules can acualy apply why not make a forum giveaway saying join this group for a chance to win gmod?

dude, not everyone want to join your group. You can change this GA to invite only or steam group only instead of everyone

As others have said, you cant have custom rules in public giveaways.
In fact, if you refuse to give the winner the code because they're not in your group, you get the strike, not the winner.

Custom rules are not allowed in giveaways. If people are able to join your giveaway, they are eligible to receive the game.
If you refuse to deliver the game to your winner, they will have to mark the giveaway as not received and you will lose your giveaway slot.
