Pretty sure it's CV free due to past giveaways. And being shovelware alone isn't grounds for CV reduction: that's reserved for malicious gaming of the system.

I'm not going to negotiate this issue and I won't give any kind of permission to delete this giveaway as well. Within 7 days I will wait for a working key for this game, otherwise I will have to put check mark on "not recieved" part.

In situations, when key is not valid and winner just can't use it, creator of the giveaway should provide working key, otherwise winner can choose "not recieved" option after 7 days.
"Key is not valid = creator of the giveaway simpy can delete giveaway" is NOT how the things work here.
First of all you need PERMISSION from the winner, their agreement to delete giveaway, like in your other giveaways with bunch of not working keys (yes, I checked comments there).
And I do not give my permission.
I'm done with explanations, anyway this giveaway won't be deleted, moderators won't allow it.
In the "Winners" tab it appears that you won this giveaway, and the key is sent and it is "Awaiting Feedback" in the "Received" column, so I'm waiting for the feedback ...

I can't pick "not recieved" right now, because Steamgifts has 7-days-gap for that option (in case if creator of certain giveaway wants to change/replace key or for some other different occasions); That's why I mentioned "7 days" thingy some time ago.
