Edit: correction... there were apparently and additional twenty entries from the time I came in here to the time I submitted my comment... so I'm entry 136... but still comment 1...
After steamgift made notifications after each comment you got in your giveaway people started to hate it, ask not to comment or even blacklist people for that. That could be a part of this problem.
I'm sure you are right. I don't understand why though... all you need to do is click "Mark As Read" and those perceived troubles would go bye-bye quickly. That's just my take on it though.
but if you received an "important" message between a lot of thank you messages you won't notice it, so you have to navigate for all messages looking if there is a different one than thank you.
