First of all, thanks a bunch!
But I checked your inventory with Steamdb and the package is not quite the same. Neither pack is available on Steam anymore, so I don't know why Steamgifts will let you make a giveaway for one but not the other.
This is your pack: Railworks 3: TS2012
And this is the Haulin' usa pack
They are 'almost' the same, but the 'Haulin' usa' pack contains 3 extra dlc.
Missing from your pack:
Train Simulator: Northeast Corridor Route Add-On (not on Steam store or in any currently available package)
Train Simulator: Horseshoe Curve Route Add-On
Train Simulator: Donner Pass: Southern Pacific Route Add-On
Maybe you should talk to a mod about adding your pack, or asking if this is okay at least.
I just don't want you or anyone else to get in trouble.
