UPDATE: Origin will update your game and DLCs as well as offer you a free DLC pack that includes most of the promotional DLC for Dragon Age. If you check on Biowares website they have an unlock button that will unlock any missing promotional items to your account as well as the Blood Dragon Armor in Dragon Age which will also unlock it in Mass Effect 2.
