What kind of code? If you solve the itstoohard puzzle, you should get a link, and just copy and paste it into the browser's address bar. If it did not appear, you might have too strict cookie restrictions or something. Please try it again it in a different browser or in a private/incognito window. This one pissed me off (I mean the Braille part), I'll admit.. I was thinking you don't need a symbol for the empty dots just space, and that's what confused me and I couldn't make heads from tails.. Then I guess some revelation ensued..
Yeah, it's easy to forget that there are 4 options, like something on left, something on right, something on both sides, and nothing at all, but you have to code that somehow, too. Like ASCII code 32 for space, which I was hinting :)

Too vague a hint really.. I have to ask now: What was the hint about char(32)=space in that line? I mean obviously the spaces are missing but I can't see the "32" connection. Unless you just mean that you took off the spaces to hint that you need something for spaces so 4 chars are minimum.
In any case I took it as a slightly-obscure confirmation that Braiile was indeed correct and nothing else.
This one on the other hand, is just blank to me. It's not some kind of memes is it? Because I have absolutely no idea about most memes out there..

The magic word was Lynch, and the thing immediately popped into my mind seeing the game's title was David Lynch, especially as playing this game could be felt like being part of a movie. The solutions of the images are titles of Lynch's movies. One of them should be easy (sand -> Dune), part of one solution is optional (Fire Walk with Me without mentioning Twin Peaks) and for one of them 2 solutions are accepted (Lost Highway, Mulholland Dr.*). Also added every (mis)spelling to the solutions I could think of.
The mood music is from Julee Cruise, being a direct hint. Next giveaway
I got a code string from the coincidences, but I have no idea how to decrypt it. (Maybe I have got it wrong.)
