According to SG support, it went on sale back in June for something like 98% off and they just found out about it the other day. Of course since then I had done something like 6-7 giveaways for it since it was often on sale.
While I don't mind some games being added retroactively, it's pretty clear that it would be best if the Steamgifts mods managed the list in a more timely manner to start with. It's not cool for those who weren't aware of the discount and bought it subsequently for giveaways.
