Sorry, about my request - maybe it possible to hide hidden games and packs. I think many people already hide games and packs what already have. But this not working in Holiday Event and you can enter to giveaway with game wich you already hideout on steamgifts.

Hidding games will only prevent you from seeing them in the general list of giveaways, it will not prevent you from seeing or entering if you have access to the giveaway page, this is exactly what happens in the Holiday Event. The reason for you being able to enter games that you already own has already been explained to you.
If you have any other inquiry you should submit a new ticket.

Hey there Mr. Mod !

We've probably never interacted yet... and I'm aware it's not the normal procedure. I usually don't contact personally SG's staff BUT I had some ideas for a weekend thread with giveaways and one of those ideas was to GA Abrix the robot - Collector's Edition. Yes, it's kind of a joke giveaway. Alas, the Abrix bundle doesn't appear in the drop down menu.

I'd rather not make 6 different GA's. The Abrix bundle that was sold by GoGoBundle included 1 Steam key per item.

So yeah... I've created an "Add game to the list" ticket but since I'm quite sure that category has a low priority, I was wondering if, yes, you could do something quickly about my request?

I'm sorry... I didn't mean to bother/annoy you... I just... you know, had to ask. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hey man, just using this as an IM. Just wanted to say "thanks" for handling my most recent ticket. Sorry that it was a hassle...winner said they had the game and asked for a re-roll, so I opened a ticket, then they promptly realized that they didn't have the game, registered it, and changed their tune.

Anyway, thank you. I know that y'all don't hear that enough. 👍🏻

Not at all, I'm glad the winner was able to activate and confirmed before the reroll was approved, should they have activated and we rerolled then it would be troublesome. :)
