seems I was beaten to the punch to answer the question.
just a very significant number of giveaways hosted by a variety of members all linked together(a train of giveaways!)
invite only giveaways are significantly less likely to be won by bots/people using auto joiners and less active members who aren't online weeks at a time causing you the need to reroll/wait
I assume you are giving this away directly from Steam as a gift (rather than a key)? In that case you need to be aware that Steam prevents you gifting to a region where the price difference is greater that 10% your own.
