How difficult does the puzzle feel?
This train doesn't accept reservations.
α. It's up to you to share hints/ideas but then.. less chances. Trainger games..
β. There is ample time for the giveaway. Well.. until the 13th of October, anyway.
γ. Thursday 19.09 - At least one person has progressed which is.. hopeful ;-)
δ. Saturday 21.09 - After some input: The train may be in Europe or Africa or most of the whole of America. This may help or not..
ε. Sunday 22.09 - Again..the music links are just music that you may enjoy or not. One of the titles coincidentally has "puzzle" in it. They are not connected to the puzzle in any way.
α. Visit the train again, climb down from the carriage.. all that again..
β. Everything is there in front of you. Nothing is hidden. Nothing needed is elsewhere, outside of the train.
γ. Saturday 21:09 - Don't niggle over every little pixel of the carriages.. look at the bigger picture..
δ. Sunday 22.09 - The hints should help to find the "code" and steer you towards "decoding" it. Two steps..
ε. Monday 23.09 - Don't overthink or overcomplicate..
στ. Monday 23.09 - Yazoo - I Before E Except After C, an alternative link, and another one

Still stuck at the same part I was 14 hours ago, but from the lack of comments, I'm guessing either noone else got there or they just didn't comment to make me think that.

Maybe I worded it wrongly. I meant I got somewhere but it wasn't the XCOM 2 giveaway.

Clever puzzle. I think I'm almost there but am slightly off on the last step.

I know that the puzzle is important to you but you should really fix your "Next" link in your last cart.

If I may ask, like probably many people here I found the hints applied the first one, but to apply the second one I need to bring some values in range.I suppose I need another transformation step, yet I'm wondering whether it's also hinted (and I missed it so far) or are we supposed to guess it?
Or... I might be just misinterpreting the hint and chasing a red herring
Edit Thank for the extra hint, so I was chasing a red herring with a 3 step process. Looks like I'm misinterpreting the second hint

A musical hint.. that simple..
Edit: In fact you don't even need to listen to it..

The giveaway is still running
β. There is ample time for the giveaway. Well.. until the 13th of October, anyway.
Edit: Only the XCOM 2 is running, not the intermediate giveaway.

This is were I, you.. hopped on and I left a new hint at the..hint carriages..
α. train= Community Train
β. train= wee train inside the Community Train
γ. train= adventure train
Solution - Λύσις
The puzzle is indicated to start from here but the first hint is already in the carriage before that and says:
"..You take a look at the carriages. Everythings seems to be in order... Time passes..."
There are three clues here: the carriages, the order, the time.
If you take a look at the (puzzle) carriages in order:
The Inner World
Ignite
MIND: Path to Thalamus Enhanced Edition
Explodemon
Stygian: Reign of the Old Ones
You could notice that apart from the puzzle carriages, all the end TIMES are the same at 11:59 (or what timezone you have). The end times of the puzzle carriages are therefore what is important.
(The other time is not easily set, as it's not the time that you define the giveaway to start but it's the time you clicked to post the giveaway so it would, most likely, not be of any significance)
The times in order are: 1:07 1:08 3:15 2:22 2:25, depending on your timezone, but the order is the same. There is no other indication of a cipher and the next hint, in the following wagons, reads:
Aviary Attorney
Stick Fight: The Game
Chroma Squad
I am not a Monster: First Contact
Intensive Exposure
It has to do with ASCII but it's even simpler than that. More precisely it has to do with the alphabet but that would give it away completely. You only need a simple 1-26 -> A-Z relation.
The minutes indicate the position in the alphabet and the hours indicate the relative position in the ASCII. In ASCII there are numbers first, then capitals and the small letters follow.
so: 1:07 = number 7, 1:08 = number 8, 3:15 = small o (15th letter of alphabet/ASCII starting from "a"), 2:22 = capital V, 2:25 = capital Y which gives the "code" 78oVY (i.e. https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/78oVY/) which would take you to a "Bad Rats: the Rats' Revenge" giveaway.
The main post also has clues about letters/numbers. The options for the poll are 1, 2, A, B, c, d hinting that we're looking at a (simple) relation about numbers and letters.
The rest of the hints point towards looking at the train, specifically the carriages to see the first letters while looking "at the bigger picture" and the last hint again points towards the alphabet. Frankly I thought that would totally give it away.
In the "Bad Rats: the Rats' Revenge" giveaway the description reads:
"Oh, those parasites!
-> XXXXX (= AAAAA)"
first sentence points to the rats, more precisely to the full name of them (the game): "Bad Rats the Rats' Revenge" and the next clue points towards making something XXXXX, i.e. capitals (or AAAAA)
Following the trend, take the first letters of the game: BRtRR -> XXXXX = BRTRR which directs you to a giveaway (not mine) that has the final destination: 1vyl1
