Randomly happened across your comment on the ticket... He's interesting. I like his ideas. I'm somewhere between his happiness and the default setting myself.

Personally I sometimes fall to default but most of the time, I just blank out the things I don't like and focus on factual positive things.
Negative thinkers those in the default setting, I tend to cut out of my life for obvious reasons.
