Celceta was out on PC last year, I bought its collector edition (bought most of them) to play + finish (can check my screenshot on Steam for spoiler) and its current available language is Chinese, if you are willing to get it, you can buy digital key to activate like the old games without Steam

Hmm, if you want to follow the exact sequence then it would be Origin -> I & II -> Felghana -> Celceta (not on Steam but PC) -> Ark -> SEVEN -> VIII
But I started with Felghana first, it is more towards new player, then I move on to Origin and I & II then Ark, SEVEN and Celceta
