Actually going to the doctor for even a check-up once a year is something that I don't do. It should have been something put in my head as a kid but I only go see one if something is really off.

I think there should be a system in place which automatically gives you appointments like a dentist's office for a routine check-up once a year because, let's face it, nobody wants to go to the doctor's.

Best of luck with recession and recovery though, cancer really is awful.
