Also, I heard this game was actually pretty good too (I haven't played it yet).

haha don't get me wrong, it wasn't sarcasm, I'll explain:
IF you create a new account, THEN you get Welcome Pack for FREE
IF you already HAD an account, you had to PAY for it.
"I already had my account and did not get jack sh!t, no I'm not paying for what newcomers get for free, that's not how you threat your old trusting customers, you know those that registered long ago and have been supporting your company for quite a while now.. does it ring a bell? no? then you wont get a dime from me"
