You only see that blacklisted page if you are signed in to your account. This means you can open the next giveaway in a private tab, private window, a different browser, a different device (desktop, phone, laptop, tablet), through a proxy, or if you can't do those for some reason, you can just sign out to skip through and then sign back in.
You can even use something like google translate to work as a proxy. Just translate the page through google and it won't see you as signed in.
All the easy tricks for blacklists skip are on the main post... yet people still keep asking for links. It's like they don't even read what people post :)
