One of my favourite is the moon landing conspiracy theorie.
Some people gave countless explanations to prove that it was a hoax, while others gave as many counter-arguments. Really fun to read ^^

HAARP - it's just mysterious enough that one of them might be true. But chemtrails are funnier.

For something that's not necessarily a conteo, just mystery, my favourite is the Dyatlov Pass incident

Pizzagate has been pretty funny to read about.

Well, some-odd years ago Jesse Ventura had a conspiracy show (season one was the best while two was way out there) and one of the episodes had to do with the JFK assassination. There was a fair amount of information that I'd not heard before, such as several politicians being involved—some of which became presidents later.
