Me neither! It looks like one of those things that everybody and their mother might have used, but in reality it looks like quite a rare tool/weapon/toy (?).
I remember using one when I was a child and some improvised one at school for paper balls, no damage done. Thank you very much for the game. Have a great day.

Well, some of my classmates improvised one with elastic bands (I, however, wasn't able to make it work half-decently, that's how clumsy I am/was).
