If it was a larger bundle I would be ok with it, but seeing as 1 game here is 50% of the bundle it doesn't seem very fair.
Too often handing out not against the fact that people enter, even if they are already part of the GA, so if not specified, you are against it probably means that you do not mind.
I thought it was common courtesy - noted in the description of what you are up against in order to engage those who already have one of the games. And not to break off the winner.

That was a oversight on my part, but figured it was common courtesy not to enter a giveaway if you owned 50% + of the games in a bundle.
Why would I give the key to someone that owns 50% of the bundle right after telling another user that it would be unfair to enter if they did.
