just because its free doesn't mean you can't give it away on SG. just usually means you don't get contribution points.

then why can you report someone for giving away a free game? games that don't get contribution point are usually the ones that have been removed from steam.

i dunno, maybe because tehy cost something on Steam but were given out mass keys, but they have started being okay with these games being GA'ed on SG. I've given away several games like this on SG and no reports.
