I have had issues in the past with users taking a week to respond. The white List guarantee encourages people to redeem their keys soon. Or contact me with any problems as soon as they can :)

... and you really think someone who is to lazy to respond when they see they've won a GA is not to lazy to read, too? Just check whether the winner was online after winning and hasn't responded. They have one week to respond and after the reroll they can enjoy to be blacklisted. At least for me whitelist has to be earned by some nice interaction, and not by simply be a decent human being.

Actually I have a GA in the loop - and the winner is online while I'm typing. Meaning it bothers me right now.
He shared his view and so did I. I'm open for new views and may adapt them, too. Being silent and not exchanging thoughts has never changed anything for good.

This is why I have a standard rule...I understand if that may bother you but this is what works for me as the gifter. Everyone has a different way of doing things and that is okay, but I don't see the point in sending mocked tones messages to other users whom conduct there give aways differently than yourself. I am going to put this matter to rest with a simple statement. Everyone has their own rules and policies when it comes to creating give aways. If we mind others policies for their entries, as we would like others to mind ours, then there shouldn't be any qualms and the environment can stay friendly.
