Dead or Alive Ultimate was my go to game for countless hours :D

I always really enjoyed (and really sucked at) the D&D beat'em up games.

Battle toads?

What is the best beat 'em up game, you have played? :)

The Bouncer, hands down. It's as though someone took a Fighting Force-style brawler, threw in a Dead or Alive esque story, and wrapped it all together with a JRPG framework (including character leveling and a Game+ mode). Add in that it has a difficulty that nears that of Urban Reign and a multiplayer versus section, and it ends up keeping your attention for a while, despite inherently being a fairly short game. It's not a game that appeals to everyone, but it stands as being pretty distinct.

Double Dragon will always hold the top in my opinion.

I used to love the simpsons and turtles games :D

Streets of Rage and Double Dragon are pretty good.

Castle Crashers ranks pretty high up there with me because of it's ability to do online co-op play.
