I have ONLY the base-game and it would be 2x the base game if I buy only for the DLCs, is ok for me to enter? (not entering until receive a response :P )

The "rule" seems to be owning less than 50% of the bundle, so if you only have the base game, enter away!

Many gifters doesn't like this... there's a hotline Miami 1+2 bundle that the gifter asks to not enter if have one of them (I have only the first and cheaper one, but didn't entered)... as there is no consensus on SG about this, I asked and thank you again for accepting and for answering :)
