Why i love Call of Duty ? effects,story that's what i like at this game

I love call of duty 1, 2, modern warfare and modern warfare 2 but the other ones are pretty bad.
Oh and Black ops just doesn't feel like it's a call of duty game.

Hate it because it is another game that encourages other companies to churn out games of a franchise every year while changing barely anything.

Cod is nice cause multi is awesome

I played CoD 1 some time ago and it was good, but recently I've tried Black Ops II and it sucked.

Neither actually. The CoD games are for the most part well polished shooters and I get why so many people play them. Personally, I don't enjoy playing them all that much though.

cod is ok for what's made to do. it's main goal is to milk the US console market every year.
as for pc port it's just ok, since whats the fun with 90% cheaters since day 1 on every launch.
with the last one activision trying to get on that esports train.
without trying to dis console players. coming from competitive cs and quake.
the limited controls of a joystick is not an added level of skills but a lack of ability to play the game at it's full potential
so as a competitive FPS game as a whole. no. just don't.
as a competitive console FPS game. sure go ahead have fun with it if you like it.
it did changed how FPS titles look now at other games which i think what i don't like about it the most even that it got some good innovation here and there.

the cod series has declined over the years. Multiplayer is now full of whiny 10 year olds and the campaign is usually repetitive. The map packs are also quite annoying to have to be bought

1-3 were good games, after that they went downhill. I don't hate the series, but having played COD and Battlefield titles since their release, Battlefield is what I've always preferred.
