About the Game: The game is titled as Prey (2006). I hope I choose the right version of the game this time.
(For those who didn't know the problem: When you type in Prey in the Giveaway creation, there are 2 versions available. One without a Steam link and picture and one with picture and Steam link. Because I didn't know which was the right one, I deleted the Giveaway at first. But someone told me now, that the version without the Steam link and picture should be the right version. And I hope it's true.)

interesting. i own the game but this shows as unowned for me. i don't know why. you may have to check the winner, but then again, can you? i'm not sure you can if it is removed. In my steam library, it only says Prey, no year #

that's really strange. Are there more than 2 different versions? Yeah could really be a problem with checking too, but Idk. I can't try out now and I can't test the key either to check the game title. At all isn't good.

There are only two versions, but Steam can't recognize the game as owned, so whoever owns it still could enter

This game has no steam page any more so SG can't see if anyone has it or not. So you should manually check if winner has the game. It's just regular problem with games deleted from steam store

Of course I will check it manually in the face of the problem. It's more complicated than with SGtools but no problem as long as it's checkable.

While it would be difficult (perhaps impossible?) to check if they own a delisted DLC (as the usual method of checking that is by adding them as a friend and seeing if they show as owning the DLC when you load up the DLC's store page), I checked my delisted games and they do still show up in my library; so you should just be able to check ownership the same way you do for any base game, just by loading their profile and checking if it shows in their library (or, if you're concerned about deletion manipulation, asking site staff to check ownership for you, which they apparently can do by checking previous site sync records).

The original Prey is one of my favourite FPS games of all time, but I lost my disc. Thanks for the chance at being able to play it again! :)

About the 2 "versions": I believe the one with an image and link is the 2016 Prey, by Bethesda. The one with no image or link, is the the 2006 game by 2K.
