Stores inform you of restrictions before you buy, but they aren't always accurate. You can usually find any restrictions on games in bundles by finding the bundle in the deals section of discussions here.

There is an activation check on site. I checked the first 10 countries and I saw that was ok so I didn't go through with all countries.
