Of Kings and Men is a melee-centric game, where you control your sword with the mouse.

Right now you can join duel or conquest, level up and gain items to customize your character. Early Access is combat oriented, because we think great combat gameplay is the core mechanic that needs to work perfectly before devs introduce the more sandbox-ish elements.

This is just the beginning though.

On the 1st of September, devs are launching the first iteration of “The Epic”. Which is a multiplayer live wargame, inspired by boardgames. Players raise and design troops and fight over territory and resources, with the battles played out in the actual game.
