People will only be able to redeem the Soundtrack from this, it doesn't let people enter if they don't already own the base game.

I requested that the GA be changed from listing as the Deluxe Edition (which for some reason only people who already have the game can enter) to the Standard Edition you see here. Which is why the above comment might not make sense.
Note that the GA actually includes the OST DLC as part of the key.
