You might also want to consider joining the Playing Appreciated group if you are interested in giving away your games only to people who are going to play them. I find this more rewarding, especially when I have an extra copy of a game I like. You would also have pretty good odds of winning Playing Appreciated giveaways, but of course it goes both ways and you have to play any games won from that group within 30 days.
