I've already given away 7 thanks to Alienware/Dell and once again I'm able to spread more Final Fantasy to the masses.
Final Fantasy 3 is dope. It's got the classic formula, it's got remastered visuals, it's got DRAGOON! I played this on the DS when it was released and loved every second of it. Having barely played the original, I couldn't tell you exactly what, if anything, had changed or was updated from the base game, but knowing how well the ports of 1 and 2 were on GBA as well as the PSP ports, I was and still am confident that this is the definitive way to play 3. (That is unless there was another updated port that I missed. :T)

Edit: Folks are reporting that this might be region locked in some areas "(RU+CIS)" and I was unaware of this and would be willing to buy a region specific key if the winner has an issue.

I love the strategy RPG as much as the next guy but I never tend to finish them for whatever reason. Final Fantasy Tactics, FFT: The War of the Lions, as well as Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones, and FE: Path of Radiance. The one strategy RPG I remember finishing was Shining Force and I had a CD-ROM I played of it on PC. It was in a Bundle of Sonic games you could get at like Sam's Club.
Basically, video games are dope and I dig Shining Force.

Dell.com currently has 4 Final Fantasy titles on it that when purchased are delivered as Steam keys and considering I've scooped them all up for myself already thanks to Alienware Arena's Reward tiers and quests granting Dell Rewards money, I thought I'd give some Final Fantasy love to SteamGifts because this site is dope and the community (as much as many seem to dislike me) is pretty dope.
Basically, I had free money and now you have a chance at Final Fantasy games and I'm okay with this.

Unless you bought it from Russian shop/reseller - I don't think it has any restrictions. Only restriction I see on steamdb is the (RU+CIS) one, which means copies originating from RU+CIS can only be redeemed/played in RU/CIS region, and copies from other regions are not restricted (can be redeemed/played everywhere, including RU/CIS region).
