Unfortunately, it could just be that he is just logged on at Steam, and not there as he hasn't played any games in a couple of days either. It definitely isn't like him to not give the keys, so it is likely that he is just not able to get onto SG right now.
I'll mark mine as 'not received' as well, just to not get in trouble.
I'm also hoping everything is okay with you.
