A lot of people get angry because they can't enter your giveaways because they can't pass the SGTools check. I wouldn't worry about them, as they are more than likely people that either don't give out any games, or just give out games that are Region Restricted (for example, they can only be given away to the RU/CIS area). Or they could just be rule-breakers that can't enter. Either way, I hope you don't take it to heart.
I have added you to my Whitelist. I know that probably won't get rid of the sadness you are feeling for the undeserved Blacklists, but I do hope it will help a little bit.:)

I solved my curiosity with your long description.
It is very important to keep the rules under any circumstances.
Even if they break sgtool, theyneed to try to solve it.
But they are not.
Thanks to that, I was able to solve my questions and feel better.

I agree with you that pretty much all of the breaking of the rules can be fixed (with the exception being the VAC Ban one, as there is no way of getting that removed), so it shouldn't be hard for them to fix that!
They have no reason to take it out on you. You are one of the most generous people I have seen here, and I've never seen you say anything mean or bad. You are one of the good ones here, and I am glad that you are a friend.:)

Steam Gift was not able to share Korea's designation.
So I made a personal group for Koreans.
Most whitelists were deleted.
Most whitelists were Koreans.
Some Koreans and foreign friends remained.
