I did hear that blacklists can be gotten pretty easily at SG for what seems to be no apparent reason to most of us, but I'm sure it makes sense to these people. Be it for posting giveaways in a specific way, posting something on the discussions or even winning once from that person so you don't win again from them. Real life is like that too, some people are just too fixated on hating some specific thing and without a chance to have a conversation, nothing can be resolved about it. And if nothing can be done anyway, no point worrying.
Oh that xxka guy has just about everyone blacklisted. Don't take it personally. I used a private window to see them and I wouldn't have wanted to enter any of them anyway. =)

Keep in mind Central/East Europe and Russia / CIS find themselves with the game activated as a different app (PCR added to the name), complete with a separate store page and a separate community page. They don't see the one above. This is the store page they can see and check if owned (and SteamDB here).
Others may potentially have one version or the other, too. Make sure with the winner.
