You need to re-sync account, it doesn't automatically sync whenever you add a game.

It seems i spent 30P for nothing... Fake/misleading giveaway! If you fail to provide this DLC to me in 150 hours, i'll mark it as not received. And the key is for Sumo Skin - Friction (Sumo - Friction) which i already own it.
