If you already own the game, you cannot enter this one to just get the DLC.
I should have used sgtools but didnt find it after the fact. I know there is settings to turn on to allow games you already own, to not display. But this doesnt work if you already have the link to the GA. It would be nice to black out the button to enter if you do own it.

The issue is that it's a bundle of the base game and the GotY upgrade DLC. SteamGifts can't detect if you already own the DLC or not.
