You could do it with sgtools by setting a real CV sent value of $10,000. Not that many people would be able to enter though :)
I like level 5, but if the giveaways are invite only through the thread or group only, I don't see a reason to make the level restriction that high. If the purpose of the giveaway is to recruit people, setting a high level requirement seems counter productive.
