If he has almost 2 estimated wins, he could call himself unlucky.

If you enter 10 giveaway with 1000 entrants, the odds of winning are the same as when entering 1 giveaways of 100 entrants, and that's what's taken into consideration when the site reveals the "estimated wins", so the argument that the problem is entering giveaways with 1000+ entrants doesn't really make sense.
When you have more estimated wins than actual wins, you're unlucky, because it means someone else (the winners) may have more actual wins than estimated wins, which are the lucky people (like me).

Statistically I'd still say "unlucky", but in general, this subject should be more complex, for example, considering the value and rarity of games won or given (eg: giving some AAA title and winning a bunch of bundled games).

If you entered 1 GA with 1000 entrants, your estimated wins would be .001.
If you entered 1 GA with 100 entrants, your estimated wins would be .01. So, ten GA with 100 entrants would give you estimated wins of .01 x 10 = .1.
So, no, the odds aren't the same at all, unless you meant it the other way around (entering 10 GAs of 1000 vs 1 GA of 100)
If all you worry about is luck and how high your estimated wins are you also need to factor in points.
Basically you would need to enter into the cheapest GAs with the fewest entrants.
On the other hand, one game you want is worth 100s of games you don't, IMO.
I use this site as a way to get games I wouldn't normally get on my limited budget, and once I can start buying games again online, probably to get rid of any games I get in a cheap bundle I don't want/have already

Indeed, I changed the entries, hehe, thanks for correcting...

I'm almost 2 wins behind my estimated stat. Wouldn't call myself unlucky.

I did see a group called whiny bitches somewhere.

Wow some people are so rude.
The guy isn't begging, he has contributed, and he's looking for a group to help him win a game.
The thing is, there are groups out there specifically for this purpose; so maybe lay off the guy?
Cherry-Poppers and S.Losers (where I won my first game) are no longer running. OP: maybe try these guys. (Though you may not meet their requirements yet.)

Nope, he's specifically asking for a "cherry-poppers" type group, not whining about no wins.
These groups do exist, so it's a legit question.
Reading is hard.

Unless you enter them at the very last second, you will have no idea of what the final odds are though.

The people here who are complaining about you are used to people complaining about not winning and are too stupid to understand that your post is about another topic. Just try to ignore them. There are groups for people like you, but I personally don't know what they are. Search for "unlucky" in the forums and for "cherry popper."

HI, I've been a member of steamgifts for 2 months.
I have entried 1000 giveaways, I have almost 2 estimated wins and 0 gifts won. So I'm a little bit unlucky
I have also given away 2 gifts.
Anybody knows? :)
