Not that i have much idea of mobile games, but i think it would be at least good to say which kind of games you're looking for, like if there's a special kind of games you would like or are open for everything.

I'm open to everything when it comes to Phones, since I don't feel specially comfortable with the controls in any way. To orientate a bit, I guess some puzzle game would do... (it can be even Candy Crush style, just not that one), and to be orientative, the truth is what I've always played a lot on the phone is Bike Racer XD

Bamba is a free, fun little indie game playable offline. I got it on the Amazon Appstore, so not sure if its on Google Play or not. Its short, simple, and can be annoyingly difficult :D

Amazon Underground Has Monument Valley(I've heard good things) , Goat Simulator, and Warhammer Snotling Fling (both are a blast to play) and a few others I haven't played but look interesting. You may need an internet connection to use the Free IAPs though.

I have Plague Inc, Bio Inc., Machine Knight (has some in app purchases, but the game is fully playable without buying anything) and Band of Monsters installed. All games are free, but sometimes an add pops up (not frequently though).
If i may suggest a paid app: Infinite Dunamis by Kemco is pretty good and costs around 3USD. At least that's the price i bought it for.

i think you're really underestimating india... several companies are making 'made in india' phones rather than 'china', micromax is an indian company, flipkart is huge, etc... unless you'll be in some rural village

I'm going to India in few hours, I'll be there for a month and a half, and my Motorola Moto G only has space for 2.5GB.
I'm expecting to have really slow internet on wifi's that i can catch on guesthouses and such.
Can you recommend me some free offline games for Android please?
