The following is a rant. I don't care if you blacklist me beacuse of my opinions.
I hate it when someone makes a GA, with no level restrictions and then rerolls if he/she deems the reciever "Unworthy". The website is called steamGIFTS. You shouldn't have to give something away to be able to win GAs with no level restrictions.I can understand not wanting to give to a bot or something, but just make the GA something level 5+. I'm sick and tiered of elitists who think that they can judge a person based on how many giveaways they have made. What if the person cannot afford to give a game away to some random bloke? You don't know that pewrson and don't pretend that you do.
That is all.

You can't ask for a reroll just because you think the receiver is "unworthy".

Nobody can reroll if he considers winner is unworthy, that's not true. But GA creator can ask for reroll in situations like winner owns most of the games from pack, or winner violated rules.

That's not how re-rolls work. The re-rolls go through support, and there has to be a valid reason, like a rules violation, in order for it to be approved.

Didn't know you could reroll due to leeching. I thought it had to be a legitimate reason like regifting, not activating wins, etc.

Edit: Dang... you guys are fast with responses...

Only if the winner is a regifter/etc

The guy here says he'll reroll if the winner is a leecher. It's obviously his choice but it's Ε›till a bit douchey.

(I don't mean to offend the GA owner)

that is someone from forum told that guy stupid stuff about this, there was a topic, and since he is a new user he thought is possible, but is not possible to reroll in that case don't worry.

Maybe that person, being new, just thinks leecher and regifter is the same thing?

maybe idk, but he had an issue about one GA, but about Fallout 4 this game just won't show on library even if you own it, I just checked from a friend on Steam.

You can only reroll people if you find out that they didn't activate a win/regifted (this has to be semi-recent, up to a month ago), not if you think that they're a "leecher". Support needs to approve the reroll as well, and they follow the rules.

Ok, I didn't know that a reroll only works through support. I'm sorry for your inconvenience.

Nah, this isn't really an elitist. Level 5+… now that is an elitist, considering it's like what, 0.3% of the user base on that level?

You do the GA and it is up to you, if you give the game or not. But if you do not give the game, you will lose GA slot, but you will get new slot with some another successful GAs.

You could ask for a re-roll but it's up to support and my understanding is that the policy is to reject reroll requests without some 'real' reason. In the new steamgifts the reroll requests don't even take into account any special 'rules' the gifter may have put in the description of their giveaway so many of the 'I will reroll if I don't like you' or equivalent would just be ignored if the gifter actually went through with the reroll request. With that said though there are legitimate rerolls when the winner already won the game, or the winner should be suspended for one reason or another which is actually against site rules instead of giveaway creator rules.

I thought there'd be a giveaway here. ;)
On a more serious note, that didn't stop you from entering his giveaway though?
